Chimichuri Sauce
Instructions
  1. Finely chop all parsley, cilantro, green onions and red chili pepper and combine in the same bowl. Add 4 tablespoon Iberia Minced Garlic, 2 tablespoons Iberia oregano, 2 tablespoons Iberia red cooking wine, 1 tablespoon Iberia lemon juice and mix it all together.
  2. Add ½ up Iberia Extra virgin olive oil to the mixture and mix it until all ingredients are blended together.
  3. Serve with empanadas and grilled meats.
