Rice with Seafood

1. In a pan put the Iberia oil for frying, garlic, tomato or sweet peppers, onion, white wine, oregano, the yellow hot pepper, and shrimp tails.

2. Sauté the ingredients, pour chicken broth and salt; add the squid, clams, shrimp, cooked octopus, prawns, cooked rice, add the achiote to give it color and let the rice dry before serving.
